By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to take the matter to court or join any class action. Disputes will be resolved in line with commercial arbitration rules—although either party may seek urgent injunctive relief from a court to protect its rights or property pending arbitration. The losing party will cover all legal and related costs incurred by the prevailing party.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Should a court find any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any waiver of a provision must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 3Dellium to be valid. 3Dellium reserves the right to seek equitable relief (such as an injunction) without posting a bond if you breach or are about to breach these Terms.
